Shipping:

1. Normally, every package will be shipped within 3-5 working days after the payment is cleared.

2. Every item with its tracking number,  you can check the shipment status on the corresponding website.

3. Please make sure that your address is correct before completing the payment.

Return Policies:

1. The claim must be made via email within 3 days upon receiving.

2. Auction item is not refundable. You can still exchange size (only) or return as store credit.

3. For items with free or discount postage, the actual postage cost is deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Postage and handling fee is not refundable. The buyer will pay all the postage for return or exchange.

5. If the garment has a manufacturer defect or is damaged during the post, we will send you the replacement at our cost (no refund given).
